Stage Performances

Children have an inherent need to demonstrate what they are feeling and thinking; some do so very vocally, but some are quiet and shy. It is a recognized fact that ‘glossophobia’ or the fear of public speaking is one of the most common phobias worldwide. It is to stem this fear at an early age itself, that we at Neev – The Foundation School, encourage every child to go up on stage and perform. Regular stage performances not only ensure such fears do not develop but also aid young kids to think out of the box and understand how to appraise a situation. As they participate in stage shows, their public speaking abilities improve which in turn makes them more confident and enables them to express an opinion to a group of people.
